The next fight for the UFC middleweight champion Of The World African Giant Israel Adesanya will be his comback since his last fight win against African Giant Yoel Romero at UFC 248 in March 2020.
Unlike his previous fights, this one was unique as when two African Giants meet head to head, it was intense.
While Israel Adesanya retained his belt in March with a win over Yoel Romero, the fight didn’t play out the way anyone expected. Romero was hesitant to engage for large stretches of time, which then forced Adesanya to alter his game plan as one of the most lethal counter strikers in the sport.
The end result was far from what Adesanya expected, which is why he’s putting the pressure back on himself to perform when he returns to face Costa later this year.
It has not been confirmed yet whether Adesanya is fighting in August and who he will be up against but what many can predict is, he will be coming back stronger.
