    Usain St Leo Bolt or Usain bolt is the fastest sprinter of all time. He holds the record for the fastest sprinter ever in the 100m, 200m, and 4100m relay categories. Bolt claimed a staggering 19 Guinness World Records and holds the second-highest number of accumulative Guinness World Records for the total number of accomplishments and victories in sports.

    Usain bolt is not just named the fastest sprinter in the world because he set a record in the 100m category which till today, the record has not been broken, but also because of the loads of awards he has won. He is the first and only sprinter to claim gold medals in the Olympic 100m and 200m categories at three consecutive Olympics (2008, 2012, and 2016), and apart from these, he also won in the 4100m category in 2012 and 2016, making him a holder of 8 Olympics gold medals.

    The Jamaican-born African Giant rose to fame after he shocked the world with his double sprint victory in world record times at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, which made him the first person to hold both records since the introduction of fully automatic time. Usain bolt is not only known for his success in Olympics, but also for success in the world championships where he won 11 gold medals. He won gold in the 100m, 200m, and the 4100m categories consecutively from 2009 to 2015 with the exception of 2011 when he did not win in the 100m category due to a false start.

    He is the first athlete to win four World Championship titles in the 200m and is the joint-most successful sprinter in the 100m with three titles. Unfortunately, in 2017, he was only able to win bronze in the 100m category at the world championships. Till today, Usain bold still holds the record for the fastest sprinter in the 100 and 200m categories worldwide. He set the record for the 100m category in 2009 at 9.58 seconds, after breaking his former record of 9.69 seconds, while he set the record for the 200m category that same year at 19.19 seconds, after breaking his former record of 19.30 seconds, which he set in the previous year.
