    Paris will be honouring the memory of Afrobeat pioneer Fela Kuti with a new fascinating exhibition opening at the Paris Philharmonic. The exhibition, which runs from 20 October to 11 June 2023, will seek to recreate the atmosphere of Kuti’s nightclub, The Shrine, in Nigeria’s commercial capital, Lagos. The Shrine was a beacon for global stars in the 1970s, including Stevie Wonder and Paul McCartney.
