Nigerian-born American actress Yvonne Orji has truly taken advantage of the career opportunities in America. Her success as a comedian can be seen in her many well-regarded HBO stand-up specials, while her acting chops in Hollywood have led to multiple award nominations. She is Issa Rae’s best friend and fan favorite, “Molly” on the HBO mega-hit comedy series, Insecure. But above all, what stands out most about Yvonne is her incredible embodiment of Black excellence.
