    Liz Benson, a veteran Nollywood actress, has made a comeback in Mercy Johnson’s new film titled “A Mother’s Son.” The movie features a star-studded cast, including Mike Godson, Evia Simon, Ozioma Maurice, and George Inaibeh.

    Benson, who started her acting career as a child actress in 1971, gained fame after featuring as Agnes Johnson on a television soap opera titled “Fortunes.” She became a household name in the early days of Nollywood, featuring in classic movies like “Glamour Girls” and “True Confession.”

    Before her return to Nollywood, Benson had become an ordained minister who preaches the gospel full-time. Her colleagues expressed excitement at her return to acting, and the actress herself was surprised by the warm reception
