Jo-Anne Jackson-Stephens is an associate attorney at Higgs & Johnson in the Cayman Islands who achieved something truly remarkable. She broke the world record for the highest mark on the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Company Law and Practice examination.
The young lady is no stranger to hard work and dedication. She graduated from Immaculate Conception High School in St. Andrew before completing her law degree at the University of the West Indies in Jamaica and Barbados. After that, she received her CLE at Norman Manley Law School in 2006, followed by a Master’s degree in business administration from the University of Oxford in 2012.
Jo-Anne Jackson-Stephens has been working as an associate attorney at Higgs & Johnson since October 2015. She obtained a STEP Excellence Award for attaining the highest mark in the world on the Company Law and Practice exam.
