African Giant Kaluuya is a Ugandan-British actor who recently won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor at the 2021 Oscars for his role in the 2021 film “Judas and the Black Messiah”. Born in London to Ugandan parents, Kaluuya began his career performing in stage productions and television shows.
Daniel Kaluuya first gained attention for his role in the British comedy-drama series “Skins”, and later starred in the films “Kick-Ass 2” and “Welcome to The Punch”. However, it was his role in “Get Out” that brought him widespread critical acclaim, earning him numerous award nominations. It also got him nominated for the Academy Awards for Best Actor.
