Father and daughter goals. Just yesterday Mira was in the arms of her daddy. But today, she has grown into a smart, ambitious, and beautiful young lady ready to face the world. She recently joined her dad as a lawyer.
However, she has a lot to be grateful for as she shares a little bit of her journey to becoming a lawyer. “At the beginning of law school I was sooo overwhelmed with fear, excitement and worry. I mean I had left my normal life in London and was thrown into a whirlwind of chaos. A lot of people thought I was crazy, most people gave me 2 months to come to my senses and move back to London and trust me I thought about this very often. I HATED law school, especially at the beginning I was sad all the time, I missed my friends, my old life, I spent most of my time alone and in tears. Everything frustrated me.
Now I look back and I see God’s hand over everything. In a moment everything changed. I look back and I realise God had planned this all out from the beginning of time. I cannot explain what this year has been. I’m extremely grateful for the experiences I’ve had and all the friendships I’ve developed. I’m overwhelmed all over again. Overwhelmed with love, completely in awe of God. Wow it’s been sooo hard at times but God….but God. Leaving NLS with a 2:1. This one is for you Jesus ❤”.
