The Nollywood movie “Muna” was released in the cinema on December 6, 2019, written by Unoma Nwankwor, which features popular actress Adesua Etomi, who is well known for her roles in “The Arbitration,” “Knocking on Heaven’s Door,” and “The Wedding Party”. She is seen for the first time pulling off her martial arts skills.
“Muna” movie shows Adesua pulling off her newly acquired martial arts skills incredibly well. Her new achievement can attract other Nigerian and African actors who may also want to venture into new roles and attain such fit with the right mindset. The movie offers assurance that Adesua is able to pull off one of the most challenging roles, therefore, placing her as an incredible actor.
This can challenge the beliefs of some casting directors who may think that Nigerian and African actors are not suitable for international productions. “Muna” movie has opened up a new window of opportunity for both aspiring and established Nigerian and African actors.
