Esther Okade is currently set to receive her PhD in Financial Mathematics by the end of 2019 at age 14. At 10 years old, African Giant Esther Okade became a maths genius and the youngest in Britain to get enrolled at college. Also, extraordinarily writing a series of maths workbooks for children called “Yummy Yummy Algebra”.
Esther Okade is another African genius similar to Joshua Beckford youngest in the world to be admitted to Oxford University at 6 years old and twins Peter and Paula Imafidon youngest to pass the University of Cambridge arithmetic test at 9 years old.

Esther Okade always had a passion for figures since the age of three. So, when she enrolled in an Open University course at the age of 10, there was no stopping her. By 6 years old, she had already sat for her first Math GSCE exam, usually reserved for 15/16-year-olds. And while she initially received a C-grade, Esther wasn’t discouraged.
The following year, she took the exam again and scored an A-grade. At 9 years old, Esther sat for a Math A-level exam, a qualification usually reserved for 17/18-year-olds. And once again, she proved her mettle by scoring a B. Esther Okade is a true inspiration, proving that age should not be a barrier to achieving high.
During her interview with CNN, Esther expressed her deep passion for maths. “It’s so interesting. It has the type of maths I love. It’s real maths — theories, complex numbers, all that type of stuff,”. However, her mum Omonefe Okade also wants Esther to enjoy her childhood while working towards her dreams at the same time “We want her to enjoy her childhood as well as her maths.”
