African Giant Anthony Joshua was defeated for the first time on his 23rd professional bouts when Andy Ruiz Jr won in June. Joshua who has fought and won 22 professional bouts and holds four of the world heavyweight titles, a feat that has never been done before shocked many when he lost for the first time to Ruiz.
Anthony Joshua’s loss to Andy Ruiz in their first meeting came as a huge shock to the boxing world. However, there have been several speculations as to why Joshua lost the fight.
